Nyilatkozat és petíció, a Nemzeti Összetartozás Napján 2017-ben

Erdélyre, az erdélyi magyarságra figyelő, demokratikusan gondolkodó emberek, civil, kormányzattól független egyesüléseként, a Székelyföldi Autonómia Alap kezdeményezőjeként – tiszteletben tartva a román állam szuverenitását, törvényhozási szabadságát – támogatjuk Székelyföld területi autonómiatörekvését és a Székelyföld területén kívül élő romániai magyarság teljes körű kulturális autonómiáját, mint az egyetlen ésszerű, nemzetközi jogi normáknak megfelelő megoldást, mellyel a román-magyar békés együttélés biztosítható. Tiltakozunk Románia tervezett közigazgatási átalakítása ellen, melynek egyik legfőbb célja nem más, mint a még tömbben élő magyar közösségek megmaradt, természetes kapcsolatrendszerének a felszámolása, maradék erejének a megtörése.

Ennek szellemében felkérjük Románia kormányát, hogy haladéktalanul kezdje meg a tárgyalásokat a Székely Nemzeti Tanáccsal Székelyföld területi autonómiájának biztosítása tárgyában.

Felkérjük a román törvényhozásban dolgozó magyar képviselőket, hogy a Székely Nemzeti Tanács által megalkotott autonómia statútumot terjesszék a parlament elé, segítsenek abban, hogy érdemi vitára kerüljön sor a területi önrendelkezés tárgyában.

A fentieken kívül támogatjuk a Székely Nemzeti Tanács által megfogalmazott, a marosvásárhelyi Postaréten, 2017. március 10-én, a Székely Szabadság Napján elhangzott, Románia Kormányának és Parlamentjének, valamint Klaus Iohannis államfőnek címzett, petíció követeléseit. Ennek alapján:

– Követeljük, hogy a tervezett közigazgatási átszervezés során Székelyföld alkosson önálló, autonóm jogkörökkel rendelkező közigazgatási és fejlesztési régiót a Székely Nemzeti Tanács által kidolgozott jogszabálytervezet alapján!
– Kérjük, hogy a román kormány és parlament a közigazgatási átszervezés során tartsa tiszteletbe vállalt nemzetközi kötelezettségeit.
– Tiltakozunk az erdélyi magyar oktatási intézmények ellehetetlenítése, önkormányzatok zaklatása, a magyar anyanyelvhasználat korlátozása, és a magyar szimbólumok üldözése ellen.
– Követeljük, hogy a kormány kezdjen párbeszédet Székelyföld státuszáról a székely nép legitim képviselőivel, a Székely Nemzeti Tanáccsal és a székely önkormányzatokkal!

Ca organizatie civila, nonguvernamentala a persoanelor cu gandire democratica, care atribuie interes Transilvaniei si comunitatii maghiare din Transilvania si ca initiator al Fondului Autonomiei Tinutului Secuiesc – respectand suveranitatea teritoriala si libertatea legislativa a Romaniei – sustinem aspiratiile autonomiei teritoriale a Tinutului Secuiesc si autonomia culturala a maghiarilor care traiesc in si in afara Tinutului Secuiesc, ca singura solutie viabila si rezolvare compatibila cu normele legale internationale, care poate garanta convietuirea pasnica a romanilor si maghiarilor din Romania.
Protestam impotriva proiectului reformei administrative din Romania, a carui cel mai important scop este anihilarea ultimului sistem natural de relatii din sanul comunitatii maghiare din Teritoriul Secuiesc.
In acest spirit, cerem Guvernului Romaniei inceperea imediata a negocierilor cu Consiliul National Secuiesc, in ceea ce priveste asigurarea autonomiei teritoriale a Tinutului Secuiesc.
Cerem reprezententilor maghiari din legislatia Romaniei, prezentarea catre Parlamentul Romaniei, a Statutului Autonomiei elaborat de catre Consiliul National Secuiesc si totodata cerem ajutorul reprezentantilor in generarea dezbaterii in tema autoguvernarii teritoriale.
In afara de cele mentionate, sustinem cererile prezentate in petitia conceputa de catre Consiliul National Secuiesc cu ocazia Zilei Libertatii Secuilor din Piata Postei, Targu-Mures, din 10 martie 2017. In baza acesteia:
cerem, ca in proiectul reformei administrative, Tinutul Secuiesc sa formeze o regiune administrativa de dezvoltare (NUTS II) separata, autonoma, pe baza proiectului legislativ conceput de Consiliul National Secuiesc.
cerem, ca in proiectul reorganizarii administrative, Guvernul si Parlamentul Romaniei sa respecte obligatiile internationale.
protestam impotriva masurilor persuasive luate impotriva institutiilor noastre de invatamant si impotriva consiliilor locale din Tinutul Secuiesc, totodata protestam impotriva restrictiilor in ceea ce priveste utilizarea limbii materne si impotriva persecutiilor simbolurilor noastre nationale.
cerem Guvernului Romaniei sa inceapa imediat tratativele cu reprezentantii legitimi ai secuilor, cu Consiliul National Secuiesc, si deasemenea, cu consiliile locale din Tinutul Secuiesc.

Declaration and petition on the Day of National Togetherness 2017

to the Government and Parliament of Romania

to the Democratic Alliance of Hungarians in Romania (DAHR),

and the Hungarian Civic Party (HCP)

For his information to President of Romania Klaus Iohannis

As initators of the Szeklerland Autonomy Fund, and as an NGO that is independent of governments, and consist of civilians, and democratically thinking individuals, who share an interest in Transylvania, and the Hungarian community thereof,

– having respect to the territorial sovereignty and legislative freedom of Romania,

– we support the territorial autonomy aspirations of Szeklerland, and the cultural autonomy aspirations of Hungarians living outside Szeklerland as the only viable, and internationally accepted solution, through which the peacefull coexistence of Romanians and Hungarians can be achieved.

We protest the planned administrative reform of Romania aimed among others to annihalite the last natural connections among Hungarians living compactly.

In this spirit we ask the government of Romania to immediately start negotiaitions with the Szekler National Council regarding the territorial autonomy of Szeklerland.

We call on the Hungarian representatives of the Romanian legislatur to submit the draft autonomy statute, elaborated by the Szekler National Council, to the Romanian Parliament, and to assist in generating a meaningful debate on the issue of territorial self-gevernment.

Beside the above, we support the petiton of the Szekler National Council, as accepted on the Day of Szekler Freedom on 10 March 2017, at the Postarét in Marosvásárhely, according to which:

– We demand, the creation of an administrative and NUTS II development region called Szeklerland, vested with autonomous competencies, according to the draft law elaborated by the Szekler National Council, in the framework of the administrative reorganization of the country!

– We demand, that in the process of the administrative reorganization the Government and the Parliament respect their international obligations.

– We protest against the strangulation of our education institutions, harassment of our municipalities, the restriction of the use of our mother language, and the persecution of our symbols.

– We ask the Government to begin talks about the status of Szeklerland with the legitimate representatives of the Szekler people, the Szekler National Council and the local authorities of the region.
